MVA with Entrapment July 30th, 2011

Station 600 keeps busy with one trapped in Saturday night crash. The floor under the driver's feet protruded into the vehicle trapping the driver after the car ran off the road and hit a concrete slab culvert and driveway. Crews removed the driver's door and pushed the floor back down to free the victim. The passenger was unrestrained which caused them to impact the windshield. Both occupants were transported by CCEMS to the hospital with serious injuries.

Units assigned: R616, R615, E607. Two CCEMS squads and a Supervisor. CCSO.
